The Graduate Programs Registry is an institutional service provided by the DEIEA, aimed to advise, support and monitor graduate programs during their registration, update, and validation processes before external bodies such as SECIHTI.

Guidance on Current Requirements and Criteria

Ensures that academic programs and research projects meet national standards of quality, relevance, transparency, and social responsibility.

Support in Program Registration and Updates:

Provides technical, regulatory, and operational guidance to graduate program coordinators to ensure timely compliance with current guidelines and criteria established in official calls and platforms.

Review of Academic and Administrative Information

Involves the systematic analysis and validation of the data reported by graduate programs on official platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with current guidelines. This process helps ensure that the information submitted accurately reflects academic structures, institutional performance, and the indicators required for calls, evaluations, and update processes.

Follow-up on Feedback and Adjustments:

Involves the analysis, response, and resolution of comments, recommendations, and requirements issued during review and evaluation processes by relevant bodies such as SECIHTI. Its purpose is to ensure that programs fully comply with established academic, administrative, and regulatory criteria, strengthening their quality and viability for registration, continuation, or recognition.

Support in Evaluation and Renewal Processes

Provides technical, academic, and administrative guidance to program coordinators to ensure compliance with current guidelines and requirements. This support helps prepare, compile, and validate the information needed for periodic evaluation processes, ensuring that programs maintain official recognition and meet national quality standards. This service is aimed at program coordinators and academic leads. Its objective is to ensure the proper integration of academic and administrative information, as well as compliance with established requirements, in order to strengthen the quality of graduate programs and facilitate their participation in evaluation, recognition, and institutional and external calls.
