The Graduate Programs Registry is an institutional service provided by the DEIEA, aimed to advise, support and monitor graduate programs during their registration, update, and validation processes before external bodies such as SECIHTI.

Involves the analysis, response, and resolution of comments, recommendations, and requirements issued during review and evaluation processes by relevant bodies such as SECIHTI. Its purpose is to ensure that programs fully comply with established academic, administrative, and regulatory criteria, strengthening their quality and viability for registration, continuation, or recognition.
Provides technical, academic, and administrative guidance to program coordinators to ensure compliance with current guidelines and requirements. This support helps prepare, compile, and validate the information needed for periodic evaluation processes, ensuring that programs maintain official recognition and meet national quality standards. This service is aimed at program coordinators and academic leads. Its objective is to ensure the proper integration of academic and administrative information, as well as compliance with established requirements, in order to strengthen the quality of graduate programs and facilitate their participation in evaluation, recognition, and institutional and external calls.
