To carry out the process of changing program coordinators before SECIHTI, Form No. 2 of the aforementioned Secretariat must be completed. This form must include the following information:
Full name of the program and reference number
Full name of the coordinator ,
Highest academic degree ,
CVU number ,
Phone number ,
Institutional email and alternate email, duly signed by the Director of the Directorate for Research Evaluation and Advanced Studies (DEIEA).
This process is carried out by the program coordinator in accordance with the SECIHTI call.
Keeping the SECIHTI platform up to date is a best practice to ensure compliance with the criteria established by the National System of Graduate Studies and to maintain the registration of advanced studies programs with the corresponding authority.
To carry out evaluations regulated by the General Law of Higher Education (LGES, 2019), such as the SEAES evaluation, a platform was developed by the UAEMéx. This system was completed by the coordinator of each Advanced Studies program (Specialization, Master’s, and Doctoral programs).
